NordArt 2017 – Call For Artists
Kunstwerk Carlshütte, a non-profit cultural initiative, announces a call for artists for the annual art exhibition NordArt 2017, with about 250 selected artists from all over the world.
Deadline: 30 Nov 2016
As an internationally established forum for cultural education and exchange, NordArt has dedicated itself to the task of enhancing mutual understanding through the language of art. Year after year the exhibition redefines itself anew by setting new priorities.
NordArt ranks among the largest exhibitions of contemporary art in Europe. The vast aisles of the historic iron foundry serve as its stage with 22,000 square meters of floor space and adjacent 80,000 square meters large sculpture park. Interacting with the impressive scenery of the industrial architecture the art works develops a distinct atmosphere, taking the visitors on an incomparable journey around the world through art.
