Nina Pancheva [Certified Visual Artist – Woking, Surray, UK]

Nina Pancheva is a Side Arts Certified Visual Artist from Woking, Surray, United Kingdom.

Nina Pancheva’s art practice is an intersection between painting, art installations, and research. Her practice-based PhD research project at the University of Southampton marked the beginning of her specific approach to fine art as a method which explores the world by both written and visual means.

Nina’s paintings usually include realistic elements which are juxtaposed with abstract ones or with a specific way of perception developed by the space of the art installation.

For her education, Nina took Fine Art in the University of Southampton where she earned a Master’s degree with distinction. Her works have been shortlisted for the final exhibitions of the Sunny Art Prize, London; Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize, London; Beep International Painting Prize, Swansea; and DAAD Art Competition, Vienna.

Nina’s paintings have been included in private and public art collections in the United Kingdom, USA, Bulgaria, and Austria. Her papers were published in two books: Art as Cultural Diplomacy: European Perspectives, edited by Cassandra Sciortino, Cambridge Scholars Press and Making Pictures, edited by Beth Harland, London: RGAP & Camberwell.
