More than 150 residencies and fellowships are now offered annually to creative professionals of all types, making Ragdale one of the largest interdisciplinary artists’ communities in the country.

Each session, 13 artists-in-residence experience uninterrupted time for dedicated work on a 5-acre historic campus beside a beautiful 50-acre prairie, 30 miles north of Chicago. With live/work studios, all meals provided, and unmatched staff support, Ragdale lets artists focus on what’s most important: creating new work.

Local Goods Chicago is home to over 100+ artists who create handmade works of art and that live and work in the Chicagoland area and Illinois. We rent space to artists and also accept consignment sales.
Local Goods Chicago is open 6 days a week and will promote you and your artwork through our Facebook page, website, and local community – The Edgebrook Community on the northwest side of Chicago is very supportive of Local Goods Chicago.

Edwardsville Art Fair is a juried art fair that takes place in beautiful downtown Edwardsville on September 25th, 265th and 27th, 2015. $15,000 in prizes will be awarded, and local music, food, and drink will be available.
Deadline: 1 Jun 2015
$15,000 in cash prizes will be awarded to artists by the jury at the Art Fair. Best of Show is $1,500, six Named Award prizes of $750, twelve Best of Category prizes of $600, and nine Merit Awards of $200. Artists keep all profits.
The Edwardsville Arts Center is a non-profit organization that provides the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon community with free art exhibits, and educational and cultural opportunities.
