“Brush Creek Arts is a magical, special residency where the days seem to expand before you—allowing space to write, think through problems, take long hikes, enjoy the other residents’ company. I got so much done, and I’m so grateful for the care with which they created this space. The fully stocked kitchen and meals, the perfect studio, the sweet bedrooms with weekly cleanings—the attention to detail allowed me to focus fully on my writing. Thank you so much, Brush Creek! I hope to come back one day!” – Crystal Hana Kim (BCFA Alumna, November 2017)
“The Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts Residency is beyond ideal. It fits any artist looking not only for time and opportunity to focus on their creative project but also for inspiration from the residency’s one of a kind landscape. I would recommend this residency to any serious artist looking to advance their work and their aesthetic by tremendous degrees in a matter of weeks. I will long be living on the inspiring and memorable fumes of my time spent there.”
– Alexander Lumans (BCFA Alumni September 2017)
