Our Best Friends Exhibition (Fredericksburg, VA) – Call For Artists

[Sponsored Listing] LibertyTown Arts Workshop in Fredericksburg, VA, announces a call for artists for Our Best Friends. 2020, of all years, made our appreciation of our pets grow ever stronger. They were there to cuddle us when we were lonely, push us out the door for walks when we felt sluggish, and entertained us running around their cages and through our house chasing balls. They chase away our blues and malaise with their love of us.

LibertyTown Arts Workshop wants to see all of your best animal companions in this show, be they small as mouse or large as a horse.

Celebrating thirty years in 2016, d’Art was founded in 1986 at the College Place location in downtown Norfolk. In 2005, the d’Art Center relocated to the historic Selden Arcade, continuing a legacy as a vibrant arts organization. The d’Art Center remained at the Selden Arcade for the next ten years.

After the Selden Arcade suffered damage from an explosion in April 2015, the d’Art Center moved to the New Energy of Norfolk (NEON) Arts District. Currently across from the Chrysler Museum of Art, d’Art@Duke reopened to public in March 2016.
