Allez! 2022 Mural Exhibit (Missoula, MT) – Call For Artists
[Sponsored Listing] Allez! Missoula is looking for 1-3 artists (or art teams) to take over their alleyway for the 2022 Fall/Winter mural exhibit. The final exhibit of the year is for the most ambitious of artists. In this show, artists are invited to paint a minimum full 4’ x 16’ mural display section, or up to our entire alleyway, 4′ x 56′. The exhibit will run the second Friday of October through the end of February 2022.

Artist/s will have full range of artistic choice in theme, and can choose from any of Allez! Missoula’s layout options. Murals are featured in a custom-made framing system. Because of this, exact measurements and layouts of proposed artwork are necessary. Check out the guidelines on the “Painting Process and Wall Layout” page from the link above. View and click to download layout options. Use these to design your proposed artwork. Follow the measurements provided to make your own layout or insert your images into the forms provided.
All Allez! 2022 Mural Exhibit accepted artists will be paid for their work depending on size.
- Digital artwork file: $300 per image used
- 4’x16’ Mural (full bay): $2,200
- 4’x32′ Mural (2 bays): $4,400
- 4’x56’ Mural (3 bays, full alley): $7,700
Allez! is a unique opportunity in that the artist’s work is featured as both public art and as a gallery setting. The artwork is fully visible to public view and available for purchase. The alley is attached to Radius Gallery, the most prestigious gallery in Missoula with a roster of collectors from all over the world. Allez! creates unique artist interview documentaries free of charge to the artist.

Allez! is a revolving outdoor urban art gallery which activates the alleyway of the beautiful 120 N Higgins Avenue building in the Original Townsite of Missoula. They engage, promote, and sponsor a wide variety of artists and artistic visions. Allez! provides a custom display system on a lighted alley wall for showcasing quality artworks that represent the region. They strive for ways to create a tangible, stable economy for artists by partnering with other community organizations, nonprofits, schools, and businesses to promote sponsored public events.
